FAQ
Questions about our services
Can we sign up for just one service?
Yes. Some clients have us cover everything, and others start with one problem area, like Wi-Fi or backups. We build the package around what you need.
Do you come on-site?
Yes. We handle most issues remotely so they get fixed fast, and we come on-site across NYC, Yonkers and Westchester when the job needs hands.
Do you work with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. We set up, secure, back up and support both.
What hours do you cover?
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET. Contact requests get a reply the same day during business hours; after hours, the next business morning. Our plans cover business hours. Work outside those hours is available and billed hourly.
Do we need to replace our current setup?
Almost never. We start from what you have, keep what works, and only recommend changes that clearly improve reliability, security or cost.
We already have someone handling IT. Can you still help?
Often, yes. Plenty of people call because their current provider is slow to respond or they’re not sure what they’re paying for. We can also work alongside your current person: we take on the heavier work, like security, backups and the network, while they keep handling day-to-day requests. If your arrangement is working, we’ll tell you so.
