Our background is in network operations, keeping large networks running around the clock. We bring the same habits to every client: document everything, monitor everything, and fix problems before they spread.
When you call, you reach an engineer who knows your setup, not a call center reading from a script. That doesn’t change as we grow.
Most of our clients are offices that have outgrown “the person who’s good with computers” and want IT that just works.

What you can expect
- On-site visits within 1–2 business days when the job needs hands-on work, across NYC, Yonkers and Westchester.
- Contact requests get a reply the same day during business hours; after hours, the next business morning.
- Month to month. No long-term contract.
- A written plan and quote before any purchase or project.
- You own your passwords and documentation. If you ever leave, we hand over your passwords, admin access and documentation in about 3–5 business days, often sooner.
Our plans cover business hours. Work outside those hours is available and billed hourly.
