We layer defenses (firewalls, device protection, encryption, email filtering) and monitor continuously. Security isn't a product we install once; it's something we manage for you every day.
How fast can I reach a real person?

What does it cost, and is there a contract?
The call is free. After that, your office gets one flat monthly price, billed month to month with no minimum and no long-term contract, so you stay because it’s working. The price depends on your team and setup: we’ll give you a ballpark on the call, and you’ll have the exact number in writing before anyone asks you to sign anything.
We already have someone handling IT. Can you still help?
Often, yes. Plenty of people call because their current provider is slow to respond or they’re not sure what they’re paying for. We can also work alongside your current person: we take on the heavier work, like security, backups and the network, while they keep handling day-to-day requests.
